Caravan Rules

The caravan is to be kept in a sound and clean condition and left as found on day of arrival. Additional charges will apply for extra cleaning requirements if necessary.
Any damages to the caravan or contents must be reported and will be charged accordingly with a receipt provided if required.
Ensure all electrics and gas are switched off when not in use and on departure to avoid additional charges. Meters are read pre arrival and on departure.
Do not attempt to change the gas bottles as these are provided on site by the owners. Please report to Sammy who will organise a replacement gas bottle.
All guests must not do anything or allow anything which may be, or become a nuisance, inconvenience or disturb other guests at the site. Such acts will be reported and this may result in you being asked to leave.
Guests must not cause any criminal damage to the caravan or at the site. Such acts will be reported and this may result in you being asked to leave.

No commercial enterprises or business activities are permitted on site.
All rubbish is to be placed in the bin provided which is allocated at the rear of the caravan.
No illegal activities are permitted within the caravan as you will be asked to leave the site.
All guests are to vacate the caravan by 10am on their day of departure and place the keys into the Keylock which is to be locked. Charges of £10 will apply to have each lost key replaced.
All entertainment passes are to be left where found in the information packs. There is a charge of £10 to replace each lost pass.
A fishing pass is provided free for guests to fish on the Marina Lake by stating the number of the caravan to the staff. Should guests wish to fish on the remaining lakes they will each purchase a day pass from the Tackle Shop along with a landing net (can't use your own).
